- Audited the site to see where it stood from a security perspective
- Added and configured 2 layers of cyber-security based on our findings
- Learned what kinds of login and hacking attempts were already happening (we do this routinely for every new client that joins my program. We’ve also done this during the Summer Edition we’ve had.)
- Discovered lots of malicious IPs coming back to the site constantly and trying brute force, while also probing for vulnerable WordPress code
- Kept a close eye to see what else was going on
- Installed and configured WP Ghost (built by our company) for maximum protection, based on our observations
- Ran a full Security Scan with WP Ghost to uncover critical threats that still left the site exposed
- Fixed urgent issues immediately
- The attempts stopped afterwards

🔴 BEFORE: the site’s security score was in the red-orange zone (meaning it had very weak security — which we could also confirm based on our observations of daily activity)
✅ AFTER: we pushed 32 items into the green. The scan now shows the site’s security is strong.
The few that remain are non-critical, especially with the power combo of WP Ghost + WP Cerber actively protecting the site.
