You don’t need more visitors. You need more action.
Everyone’s obsessed with traffic.
They work like crazy to get 1,000 people to visit their site.
SEO. Social media. Ads. Referrals. Hustle all day.
And then?
Only 20 people take action.
That’s a 2% conversion rate.
(Painfully average.)
But what if that same 1,000 visitors got you 70 conversions instead?
Same traffic. 3.5x the results.
That’s not SEO. That’s CRO — Conversion Rate Optimization.
And it’s exactly why I started Foundations 2025 with this series of lessons.
The way we think about marketing needs to change.
2024 is far gone and we need to focus on what’s ahead.
The way that marketing was done was:
Have a site.
Do all sorts of marketing activities to bring in visitors to that site.
And then smart marketers knew they also have to spend a lot of time on Conversion Rate Optimization. That’s why CRO is a big deal inside the Education Cloud PLUS courses we’ve created.
You get 1000 visitors with effort.
If only 2% do something, that’s 20 people taking an action (payment, subscriber to email, pick up the phone and call).
If you spend time on conversions (on improving them), you can get up to 7% on actions (on average, massive scale ; lower scales would obvisouly yield higher conversions).
But the point is with the same effort you can bring in 70 people instead of 20.
Most people will focus on SEO, get amazing results (especially with Focus Pages in Squirrly SEO), but they’ll be sad that they’re not getting actions. Well, that part is a matter of CRO, and not SEO.
Which is why you need to go to the resource from last time.
You need to try it out. You don’t need to pay any money to learn what I’m teaching you on this one.
That’s why I wanted to start the first part of Foundations 2025 with Conversions.
Most of the sites I see in our community have interesting topics, interesting services, good content, but everything about how the sites look seems off.
Great services. Solid content. Smart people behind them.
Terrible experience. Confusing. Outdated. Poor flow.
And it kills conversions.
But here’s the kicker:
You don’t need to pay a CRO agency.
You don’t need 10 test users or weeks of feedback sessions.
You just need ChatGPT.
Which is why this is 100% helpful.
You can’t keep getting stuck in the past.
And don’t worry too much about it. This is not a matter of pride, but a matter of making things work and making improvements!
I’ll give you a strong example.
We started the AI Talks AI website and members of our 38,000 members Facebook group wanted to use the site, because they can easily save each prompt and prompt demo video in playlists. They’ve created many playlists inside that site already, to keep all the ideas organized (which is always the hardest thing to do when working with ChatGPT prompts).
And on our AISQ dot com website, we had a text with “AI Prompts Library” in the footer.
We thought everybody understood what the site was about, because it had thumbnails that kept rotating like on Netflix, so we felt it was self-explanatory.
B U T :
Our conversions were off. Too many people came to the site, and too few actually made free account (all accounts are free, so there’s no up-sell) It was weird they didn’t make the accounts to get access to:
– playlists
– Continue Watching (which works like on Netflix)
By that time, ChatGPT created the “vision” part inside ChatGPT, which allowed us to insert screenshots and have the AI give us feedback based on visuals and the text it reads inside the visuals.
So we used the same method from here, but with screenshots instead of having it look at the URL.
It told us it’s weird because there were only those thumbnails back then. And it said it thought it might be with blog posts.
Well…
All of that was bad for us.
Which is why we ended up adding the text with “Free AI Prompts for Business Tasks – watch video outputs + copy-paste each prompt”
The text itself was reiterated by showing ChatGPT multiple versions and telling it what the site is about and what users get out of it.
One concern that ChatGPT simulated was: “what if I only watch videos, but I can’t get a copy paste version?”
It didn’t know if the site was with AI prompts for Mid-Journey or for generating images. (because there are thousands of sites on those topics, so that’s what people might expect.)
You see?
We ended up making lots of iterations very fast and we got all of this done in a few hours.
In the past, we used to have many pre-scheduled user sessions, with a lot of talks, back-and-forth, etc. Which usually (in the past) made us become de-focused from other important projects. This part is very important, though, which is why we’ve USED TO spend so much time.
But in 2025, you get this done super fast.
These were just some of the examples. But we ended up re-making the gfx and text on the entire homepage, and now it makes sense with all the other sites where we linked to AI Talks AI as an AI Prompts Library. Because a user that reads that now sees it front and center on the first page.
And also this section came as a result of this UX session with an AI.
Which was good, because actual site users told us they finally have a good way of reaching ALL videos inside a collection. With the thumbnail navigation from the homepage, users can’t reach all the videos and prompts.
I don’t think I need to mention this…
All these changes made us boost conversions and get more free users than ever before to the website.
With the same promo effort, we began getting the growth we wished for in the first place.
What’s holding you back?
Why not try this for yourself today?
– Go ahead and start. Let’s build a completely new foundation for building and running businesses.
Don’t just “learn” this. Do it:
📌 Screenshot your homepage.
📌 Drop it into ChatGPT.
📌 Ask by using the AI prompt from the resource.
📌 Fix. Iterate. Re-test.
Then email me when your conversions jump.
I want to see it.
Foundations 2025 is about working smarter — not harder.
Let’s go.
