And so has the brand new Next Level Marketing site.
We’ve made many updates to the experience of logging in, working with the Customer App and redeeming the credits inside each brand on Next Level Marketing AI.
There are 30 new updates which we’ll be going through soon.
Let’s start with the AI Agents inside NLM.
It’s not 2024 anymore, so we’re no longer wasting time now that we have these AI Agents helping us out with everything!
Our recent Starbox PRO updates blog post was sent to our social media profiles and our email lists by the Social Media Assistant and the Email Assistant.
We only composed the main blog post ourselves, brought that blog post into Next Level and then we had our agents start working to promote it to our audiences.
The social media posts and the emails are amazing and they perform very well.
I’ve had talks with agency owners and it seems some of them have also started using the SM and Email agents to make the promotional materials for things they’ve already written. It’s very convenient and makes workflows a lot easier. Especially since the Social Media agent pushes the content out to social media profiles using the Squirrly Social integration.
Once you approve it, you no longer have to lift a finger, because the system handles all the scheduling and posting.
The same happens with the Email agent on our end (on the development servers). We hope to push that functionality to you as well very soon.
Until then, you can use it to write your emails.
The Social Media and Email AI Agents Have Gotten Very Popular
Which made us test this new UI update (seen above).
That’s what it looks like now when a pitch is inside the Content Queue but doesn’t have any AI agent to do any work on that content.
By making the AI agent images appear even before they’ve been assigned, we’ve managed to boost adoption for these features and we see that more people are now finding them inside the UI and using them.
The social media agent now has a “Write Now” option, just like the content writer.
You can force it to start creating social media posts, when all you want is to give it a general pitch, without feeding it a blog post that you want it to base the messages on.
This can help you fill up your profiles with messages that weren’t necessarily made to promote a blog post and get eyes on the blog post.
You can start the AI Content Writing Assistant to make a new piece of content for you.
Then, during the Approval phase, you can click to open the pop-up with the editor.
Instead of making edits, you can just delete all the content. And then paste in the content you’ve written yourself.
Your Content Writing agent will now be able to send exactly your content to the WordPress site for automatic publishing (it’s now possible with the new plugin version).
The Content Writing agent will also notice Squirrly SEO to make the auto-indexing, so your blog post can appear on Google and Bing (on the search engines).
After that, the Social Media agent and the Email agent can begin using your content when creating their messages.
Each AI Assistant now updates their status in real-time inside the web app.
It will change from: “Briefing” to “Writing” to “Needs Your Attention“. That way, you can even see how fast it does the work for you in real-time. You no longer have to click refresh to see if it completed the task.
The AI Agents now send you emails, to notify you on actions you need to take.
This has been heavily requested. You can now give your agents a lot of work to do and then close the web app.
When things are ready, you will get an email.
The email takes you to “Move Things Forward”. You make the approvals… and everything keeps moving forward and your marketing keeps running.
This is especially helpful during those very busy weeks.
