Before we get started, it’s good to know that I’ve changed RankJumps and released the v2.0 as a test with few companies during Summer 2025. Then, launched a full 10-people cohort in Autumn 2025.
This is now called “Florin’s Growth Program”, because I wanted to offer the holistic marketing experience, since SEO doesn’t work without holistic marketing anymore.

Question 1: What kind of work will you do on our site?
We will analyze everything during the first month, when we set you up for Sucess with Power Core. That will show us if we involve a designer, a developer, copywriters and SEO experts to increase your speed, fix JavaScript or caching issues, or if we need to make major modifications to your WordPress Site.
Some sites simply won’t rank high, because the Core of their WordPress site has broken parts.
- That is the general idea: we might see (it has happened before) that we need to check keyword coverage reports, understand the quality of traffic (we had an agency contracting us for their agency’s site: they had millions of clicks… but they were from the wrong kinds of countries where they couldn’t provide service).
- We will 100% work on your security. Being WordPress sites, these get about 100 to 2000 attacks and attempts for hacking daily, because there are just too many hacker bots running free these days.
- In the last co-hort, exactly on the day a client paid, I personally checked his security and found a hacker lurking around. I blocked all his paths and his attempts and that was very lucky for the client.
Question 2: I thought this was for fully managed SEO. Why do we need a developer or a designer?
Great SEO is a holistic process that takes everything into account. You will always hear managers from Google mentioning this in their public talks.
However, with Florin’s Growth Program we’re going a lot farther: we’ll also have social media managers and some of our email experts taking a look at things, plus the Conversion Rate Optimization crew.
Some clients had good traffic numbers, but nobody trusted them enough to buy, before we changed their sites.
A developer can help with repairing technical WordPress problems, they can help fix issues related to how everything looks (especially your landing pages and the Focus Pages our team will create). And they will help with technical SEO as well, the kind that may be a little too geeky for business owners and site owners to handle.
A Designer will help our team when we need to modify everything in WordPress and re-design some of the most important parts.
Question 3: Is this just a highly paid service where your team only maintains my SEO settings?

If you’ve been reading the answers, you know already that this isn’t a SEO gig.
No, with Rank Jumps we use our expertise and our knowledge of the Focus Pages method to start getting results for your most important pages. Or for new pages that you want us to create, after we show you keyword reports.
There is a lot of manual work involved, which is why we’ve been slowly ramping up sales for Rank Jumps. We have limited availability and our project managers have a lot on their plates with figuring out how to best manage the time of each ROLE we assign to each project.
Especially because this is not a Mc Donald’s where everyone gets the same thing.
We have a very solid vision and overall method, but we apply things differently from site to site. Lots of planning and reporting is involved in that.
If you think we’ll do random SEO works, without reporting and clear strategy… that’s NOT going to happen. Not on my watch.
Question 4: Will you make Landing Pages or Blog Posts for me?
It will depend on what our Team Lead for Rank Jumps discusses with you and according to your needs.
But yes, we have customers for whom we create both types.
Question 5: Will you help me with the Mobile version or with experience problems?
Yes, we will help with the mobile version and we will also suggest UI and UX improvements which our team can perform for you if you agree.
In the same amount of money you pay us. It’s just that the initial steps will take longer. We have a very clear 3 Months process with work being made in every given month.
So if we improve UX and UI we might move some of the operations we normally do in Month 2 to Month 3, for example.
