These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your participation in the AISQ | Squirrly Awin Affiliate Program (the “Program”). By applying to join, participating in, or continuing to use the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms, in addition to the Awin Affiliate Network Terms & Conditions and any applicable policies from Squirrly Limited (“Squirrly,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not participate in the Program.
1. Program Overview
The AISQ | Squirrly Awin Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to promote AISQ Meteor, an integrated agency solution built by AISQ and distributed through Squirrly Limited. Affiliates may earn commissions on qualified sales made through their unique tracking links provided by Awin.
AISQ Meteor includes (but is not limited to):
10 Elite Agency Tools in one stack (Squirrly SEO, Squirrly Social, WP Ghost, Starbox PRO, Squirrly SPY, Next Level Marketing AI, Email Hero, Education Cloud PLUS, ContentLook AI, Product Perfect Feed).
Agency-ready features for up to 40 clients per subscription.
White-glove onboarding and Basecamp support.
A single subscription plan at $400/month.
Affiliates promote AISQ Meteor, and AISQ | Squirrly/Awin tracks referrals and pays commissions on valid, approved transactions.
2. Eligibility
To participate, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a valid Awin account in good standing.
Accurately represent yourself, your website, and your promotional methods.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations (including data protection, marketing, and advertising standards in your jurisdiction).
Qualified Sale: A sale of AISQ Meteor that:
Is made by a customer (not the affiliate) during the term of these Terms,
Is attributed through Awin’s system via your unique affiliate link,
Meets Awin’s tracking and cookie rules,
Is not reversed due to refunds, chargebacks, or non-compliance.
Affiliates earn commission only on such Qualified Sales.
We reserve the right to reject or remove affiliates at our sole discretion.
3. Tracking & Cookie Duration
- All tracking, attribution, and payment are handled solely by Awin’s platform, including cross-device tracking, MasterTag, and purchase attribution. Affiliates are NOT permitted to use third-party tracking or checkout systems for AISQ Meteor.
- A typical Awin affiliate tracking cookie lasts 30 days from the click. If a purchase is made within that window, commission qualifies.
4. Affiliate Responsibilities
As an affiliate, you agree to:
Promotion Standards
- AISQ Meteor may only be promoted via Awin affiliate links. Any promotion via other affiliate networks or direct linking is prohibited.
Only promote AISQ Meteor using approved marketing materials, product descriptions, and claims provided by AISQ | Squirrly or Awin.
Ensure all promotions are truthful, not misleading, and do not make unsubstantiated claims about earnings or results.
Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship (FTC-compliant disclosures such as “As an affiliate, I may earn from qualifying purchases”).
Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may NOT:Misrepresent AISQ Meteor, or AISQ | Squirrly in any way.
Use spam, unsolicited emails, bots, or deceptive traffic generation tactics.
Bid on brand keywords such as Squirrly, AISQ, Meteor, Squirrly SEO, Education Cloud PLUS, or variations/misspellings in paid ads.
Impersonate AISQ | Squirrly, its employees, or claim to be an official partner beyond affiliate status.
Engage in illegal, offensive, or unethical marketing practices.
Brand Guidelines
Affiliates must use accurate branding: “AISQ Meteor”
Do not alter product logos, names, or slogans without written permission.
You may not create competing products or services branded with the name Meteor, Squirrly, or AISQ.
5. Commission & Payment
Commission Structure
Affiliates earn commissions on qualified purchases of Meteor subscriptions tracked through their Awin links.
Commission percentages and payment thresholds are determined by Awin and may vary by campaign.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed through Awin, not Squirrly directly.
Affiliates must comply with Awin’s payout rules, tax requirements, and thresholds.
Refunds & Chargebacks
If a customer cancels within the 30-day money-back guarantee or initiates a chargeback, commissions will be reversed.
Fraudulent or self-referrals will result in forfeited commissions and possible termination.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to AISQ Meteor (including names, tools, logos, content, and marketing materials) belong exclusively to Squirrly Limited.
Affiliates are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use marketing materials solely for participation in this Program.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your participation in the Program at any time, without notice, if:
You violate these Terms, Awin’s rules, or applicable laws.
We determine your marketing practices damage our reputation.
Fraudulent, abusive, or unethical practices are detected.
Upon termination:
You must immediately remove all affiliate links and marketing materials.
Outstanding unpaid commissions may be withheld if they were generated in violation of these Terms.
8. Disclaimers
We make no guarantees about the level of income affiliates may earn.
While AISQ Meteor clients may achieve significant results, all earnings and performance claims are illustrative only.
Affiliates must not present potential earnings as guaranteed.
9. Limitation of Liability
Squirrly Limited is not liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.
Delays, interruptions, or technical issues in Awin’s tracking or payment systems.
Affiliate losses resulting from changes in commission structure or program rules.
10. Modifications
Squirrly Limited reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of major changes via Awin or email. Continued participation after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, under the jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom.
