The End of Search as We Know It: What’s Next? Join Us Live on Oct 29

I wanted to personally invite you to an event we’re hosting on October 29.

We’ll be talking about a major shift happening in ecommerce right now, and what it could mean for the future of online shopping. If you create online stores for others or if you manage your own online store, this will be interesting.

For the last 25 years, online stores have worked pretty much the same way. Stores organize products into categories, add a search bar, and expect customers to know the right words to find what they want. They expect customers to type properly from mobile phones.

This is already changing. We’re entering a time when online stores can actually understand what shoppers mean: even when they misspell things, describe products badly, sometimes even funny like “give anime girl with sword”, or simply ask for buying advice (do you have this jacket in size M?).

I believe this could fundamentally change how we build and run online stores.

So, on October 29, I’m hosting a free live event called “The End of Search as We Know It.”

During the event, we’ll look at real demonstrations of how this new shopping experience works, explore how ecommerce search is changing, and discuss what these developments could mean for store owners and the people who build online stores. You’ll also get practical insights into how shoppers search today, along with a free scorecard to help you assess your store’s search experience

You’re invited to join us from this page.
